I am Emmanuel BUJIRIRI, an electrical engineer with extensive experience in the brewing industry. Throughout my career, I have worked on several key projects including plant start-ups and the commissioning of various equipment from multiple suppliers. These projects include water treatment (VEOLIA) and wastewater treatment, electrical production (GE - TGBT - Synchronization), steam systems (LOOS BOSCH), refrigeration (Hansa-MYCOM), CO2 systems (Haffmans), compressed air (Atlas Copco), brewhouse (Meura - Montelektro), filtration (Sudmo), and mixed packaging lines (Krones, Sidel, etc.).

I have also worked on various automation projects aimed at optimizing operations and production. These projects include CIP station automation, integration of three new fermenters with CIP management, wort cooling, fermentation, and filtration. My expertise with Siemens tools (WinCC, WinCC Flexible, TIA Portal, Step 7), Danfoss, B&R, and Zenon Copadata have been instrumental in these achievements.

I manage electrical maintenance with a focus on preventive measures, keeping an eye on the management of electrical spare parts in the plant. Implementing a SCADA system for plant supervision sparked my interest in data modeling for better presentation, data collection, analysis, and automatic alerts in case of threshold exceedances.

Curious, responsible, self-taught, highly committed, and naturally equipped with critical and synthetic thinking, I am a driving force who loves challenges and engaging in new projects. With a strong team spirit, I have always worked autonomously and responsibly throughout my career. I have demonstrated strengths in electrical engineering, automation, process management, project management, quality management systems (QMS), and key performance indicators (KPIs).

I am currently passionate about embedded systems, artificial intelligence, and data science, and I am dedicated to expanding my knowledge in these fields.
